Each session begins with conversation to learn about you, to explore your intentions for healing; the specific challenges, issues, concerns or difficulties you might be experiencing. I explain the healing process in more detail and answer any questions you might have. To receive the healing transmission, you may lie on the massage table fully clothed while I gently hold energy centers on the back of your neck, top of your head, third eye, hands, back of knees and feet and silently work with specific mantras to transmit high divine light to empower your soul.

To prepare for the session, abstain from meat (fish and poultry included), alcohol and smoking for 24 hours prior to our session and for 24 hours afterward as well. This prepares you to receive and digest the energy as well as to protect from negativity.
